Nice item requires a separate mounting kit to be purchased. When I lifted mine into place the foam strips occasionally slipped to the side so a certain number of the upright stiles can now rattle in heavy winds. Home Depot does NOT carry the matching rails for the stairs. I modified my set with slightly opening up the holes in the top rail to get my 27 degree up angle. Worked pretty well. The top rail had to be cut 2 inches offset in order to keep the stiles vertical. The stair mounting kit is available but rather expensive.

Would have given this an excellent but did receive broken parts in the box and the support bracket is rather flimsy. However once we got it together and up it looksreally good. looks modern and meet all of our criteria. Also had some trougle with the screws supplied as they kept stripping the heads out. Replaced almost all with hex drive self tapping metal screws to secure the posts. Secured to deck with 3/8' lag bolts and was quite sturdy.

This railing set was not that hard to install and was beautiful when done. But the instructions in my opinion were more complicated than it really was. After following them to the letter for the first rail, I changed the sequence around and it made it simpler. I also used cargo straps to hold it together while installing and it made it much easier to handle.

The railing is easy to assemble and install. It looks great as well. It cleans easily and is sturdy. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the product! At first I did not like the idea of the collar around the railing where it attaches to the post but after installed I don?t mind it.

So far I'm pleased with this product. I'm only a fraction of the way into the installation and so far it's lived up to my expectations. I would gladly give it 5 stars if the company took a little more care in placing the foam strips inside the railings. While half of my strips were folded well, the other half were just stuffed in and in the process torn and mangled. Since these strips have to be placed flat inside of the railings, they have to be somewhat flat. What I did to make the installation a little easier was after I assembled the railing I took bungee cords and strapped both ends together. That way, the railing can be moved about by one person. The instructions are well written with pictures and are easily understandable.

Relatively easy to install, good build quality. Instructions were vague about installing the internal foam strips. Required brackets should have come with 8 long screws instead of 4. Install tip, I assembled flat on the ground, using ratchet straps to hold them together before mounting.

The entire kit is very easy to assemble and install. The instructions however asked to install the top of the rail system first, while it was much easier when I installed the bottom section first. The central support leg in between is great support and the additional metal support inside the top rail makes it a sturdy product. Good quality materials.
