Pretty Sterling Silver Etruscan Style Freshwater Pearl Braided Black Leather Bracelet. Normal signs of preowned wear and aged patina. Lobster claw closure. I can’t locate a makers mark. I wasn’t sure about the design on the spacers on each side of the pearls but Google Lens matched it to others described as Etruscan. Not sure if that’s the exact term for it.
