Lot Consists of an Original, 1967 - EXPO '67 - BRONZE METAL EXPOSITION WALL PLAQUE. Hanging wall display features: Terre des Hommes logo in upper left corner and Expo 67 logo in upper right corner. Pavilions / Exhibits in casting include: Australia, Italia, U.S.S.R., France, West Germany, U.S.A. and Great Britain. Bronze colored metal, not sure if it's actually Bronze, does not appear to have been displayed, the hanger on rear is still in the lock position. Underside of piece has: "CREATION UNIVERSELLE, INC." - "DESIGN BY N. SORBONNE" - "COPYRIGHT 1983 CANADIAN CORPORATION FOR THE 1967 WORLD EXHIBITION" - "MADE IN CANADA" in the casting. see pics for more details.
Plaque is approx. 4-1/2" High x 6-3/4" Wide and is approx 1/2" thick. Piece has only light signs of handling on edges and corners. There is what appears to be tape residue and a couple of spots on the underside. We did not clean the piece, left up to new owner to decide to do.... or not. Plaque has been stored away since being obtained at the fair. Nice piece of World's Fair / Exposition Memorabilia. See Pics for More Details on Condition.
