NIP PEZ dispenser Ghost character new in package

Description

This is a PEZ dispenser.  It is brand new in the package and appears to be a ghost.  I am unsure if it is a character from something or a PEZ original, and I was unable to find a date anywhere
.  Packaging has some wear from age and storage.  Great item for PEZ collectors.
Terms of Sale:  Read before buying.  Make sure you are bidding on what the item ACTUALLY IS instead of what YOU THINK IT IS.  99% of the items I sell are in used condition.  All sales are final, so please do not bid if you are not going to pay for your items.
I am no longer offering returns.
Shipping: Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.  If payment is not received within one week of the auction's end, I reserve the right to cancel, relist the item and report you to ebay.  I do offer combined shipping for multiple items, but please ask me about it as I don't always catch that people are bidding on multiple listings.
I do not ship internationally.
