    Quality packing ensures safe delivery and costs the seller money.  That is why many sellers ship in the tiniest box, crumpled newspaper and use a single sheet of bubble wrap.

    We buy online also and know that first hand!
    We pride ourselves on professional packing!   All items are first wrapped in
    stretch wrap then in several
    layers
    of bubble wrap and placed in an oversized box that is
    double or triple walled
    on the side panels so there are
    several
    inches of packing material and strong styrofoam supports between the item and the outside of the box (SEE PHOTOS).   This means the item will not move within the box nor should it ever touch the outside of the box if dropped, where damage can occur.

    (AK, HI, PR, Guam, APO, VI, PO Box, etc. addresses cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx without an expensive surcharge)
    Because the USPS charges a premium price for Priority Mail (and raised their rates again in January) without improving their service nor do they feel obligated to deliver it within the 2-3 days time they state and that YOU pay for, I do not offer that service as my primary shipping method.  Recently I have had Priority Mail packages arriving 5-7 business days or more coast to coast.  Both UPS and FedEx deliver all packaged within 4-5 days (even coast to coast) and they are allot less expensive than USPS Priority Mail.
    If you prefer USPS Priority Mail
    (or your address is a PO Box, AK, HI, PR, Guam, VI or APO, write to me BEFORE purchasing and I will reply with an accurate price, but be aware the USPS now charge a premium for any package over 1 cubic foot (12"x12"x12").   And please, if I ship on time as required, and it does not arrive in 2-3 days
    as you expect when you pay for USPS Priority Mail, do not complain to me about the delay - The USPS is the most incompetent shipper out there!

    Due to the high rate of damaged packages and because this service takes up to 2 weeks to go coast to coast... and because it is

    insured, I prefer not to use this terrible service.    AND THIS SERVICE USUALLY COSTS MORE THAN FedEx or UPS which usually takes 4-5 days coast to coast!   Again, It's your time AND money!

    If there is a problem when the unit after it arrives, it probably happened due to the handling by the shipper. Also,  just because the box shows no sign of damage, dropping this item several times can cause internal damage or things coming loose in the mechanism or circuitry.
    Do not immediately assume you have been shipped a defective item -

    If it arrives damaged, an insurance claim can be filed on your behalf in accordance with ebay buyer protection policy.
