Marantz Model 2130 Stereo Tuner
Very Rare Top of the Line in it's day. Only 1500 Produced.
I have listed as "Parts or Repair" as is, there are a few things that need repair that I will describe.
Condition wise, not bad considering, normal minor nicks and scuffs (see all photos for condition).
Could use some cleaning.
Was found with a Dolby DLB-1 installed, I have listed that in a separate auction.
Will need a Dolby back door (currently there are some for sale here from other sellers).
The Plastic bezel for the Dolby decoder is broken, I still have the 2 small plastic pieces that have broken, someone could epoxy these back together or find a donor unit to replace.
Also, the AM antenna arm is completely missing.
The front panel lights need replacing.
When I tested this unit, I found all other features appear to be working as they should, including the most important scope.
I found no scratchy contacts. The tuning wheel is fairly smooth.
I live in a place that does not have local radio stations (Clarkdale, AZ). I have tested several tuners here and this one by far pulls in more radio stations, very strong tuner.

Sold as found needing some minor repairs, as with all vintage audio, this unit may benefit from a service/recap to be back to specs..
