Vintage Bell & Howell 16mm Movie Camera for Parts or Repair.
Seems it has been wound too tight. Probably an easy fix but I do not anything about these cameras.
No lenses, but two viewing lenses are included.
Unit looks like it has seen little use or at least well taken care of as cosmetically it is nice.
Number stamped on inside cover is 97852.
