1983 Vintage Yamaha T-1000 AM FM Stereo Tuner Ex Specs for Distant Stations

Very nice vintage Yamaha T-1000 AM/FM stereo tuner that retailed for 0 in 1983, made in Japan.  All functions and LED/lamps work in the digital display. Nice low/slim profile... dimensions are about 3"H x
17"W x 12.5"D.
When bought new there was a "preset station sheet" where you could cut out specific station # tabs into any of the 10 slots in the slide-out tray behind the display glass.  Most people didn't use them and the sheets are almost always gone/lost.  The back-lit tray shows 5 generic FM & 5 generic AM tabs..(eg  FM 1, FM 2....AM1, AM2....) that were basically "place holders".  The 10-presets work fine so you can store 10 favorite AM and/or FM stations.. and when the buttons are pressed , the selected station # will light and show in the display window.  Storing and using "presets" is well-explained in the Owners Manual.
I will include an RCA stereo connection cable for the tuner, FM T-Wire antenna and a table-top AM loop antenna.  Originally there was a loop/wand antenna that attached to a rear bracket but it is missing as usual.  Most people never listen to AM these days, but a set-top AM loop antenna works great if buyer wants one.  Tuner is from a pet-free/smoke-free home.
